Cash Management

The Cash Management/General Accounting is a unit of the Comptroller’s office responsible for monitoring the cash inflows and outflows of the University by transmitting data to and from various state offices such as Office of the State Controller (OSC) and Office of the State Treasurer (DST). This office is responsible for securing affidavits for checks that are lost, stolen or destroyed. They are also responsible for the reconciliation of bank statements, daily balancing of the accounting ledgers and the month end and year end close processes.
