Driving Technology to Enhance Teaching, Learning, and Research

Information Technology Services

Welcome to Information Technology Services (ITS).

Information Technology Services supports the digital experience at North Carolina A&T State University. We help keep campus technology running so students, faculty, and staff can focus on learning, teaching, research, and campus life without unnecessary disruptions.

Our teams manage and support a wide range of services, including learning technologies, classroom tools, campus systems, network access, and cybersecurity. We work continuously to keep these services reliable, secure, and easy to use as the university grows and evolves.

Need help with campus technology? The ITS team is ready to assist, whether you’re setting things up for the first time, getting connected to Wi-Fi, using learning tools, or resolving a technical issue. We’re here to partner with you every step of the way.
