Information Technology Services

Welcome back to Fall 2025!
Our team has been hard at work preparing for a new academic year filled with fresh technologies and smarter tools to support your success. From upgraded systems to new resources, we’re focused on making your work smoother, faster, and more connected than ever. We’re excited to share these updates with you and to keep moving forward together—because Aggies Do, Never Done.
What's New!
Adobe Creative Cloud is NOW Available
Adobe Creative Cloud offers a suite of powerful apps, such as Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and more. Use these web services and resources to support your creative work—whether you're focused on photography, graphic design, video editing, UX design, illustration, or social media content creation.
Blackboard SSO
Effective August 7, 2025, students and instructors must use their full OneID credentials (not just the username) to access Blackboard. These are the same credentials used for Aggie Access Online. There is no change for staff who are not enrolled in or teaching a course—you may continue using your current credentials. If you're logged in automatically without entering credentials, please notify ITTD at ittddept@ncat.edu .
- Mobile App Notice: Access will be limited to students and instructors. Staff may only use the app if enrolled in or teaching a course, or if they are already using OneID credentials. Clear your app cache or reselect “North Carolina Agricultural & Tech” to log in with OneID.
For help with OneID credentials, contact the Aggie Service Desk at (336) 334-7195.
SecureShare
Aggies SecureShare is a secure, web-based platform for sending and receiving emails and files—especially those containing sensitive or confidential information. Available to all NCAT employees via their OneID, it also offers a safe alternative to emailing files too large for traditional email.
