Your Student Email is
Moving to Microsoft 365
Outlook will become your official student email platform beginning Friday, May 29.
What You Need to Know
- Your existing email, contacts, and calendar have already been migrated automatically. No action is required.
- Beginning May 29, all new student email will be delivered ONLY to Outlook.
- Gmail will no longer receive new student email messages after May 29.
How to Access Your Email
- On the web: Sign in at https://outlook.office.com using your student email and password.
- On your phone or tablet: Download the Outlook app (iOS or Android) from your app store and sign in.
- On your computer: Install Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) from the Office portal at no cost.
Quick Start Checklist
- Sign in at https://outlook.office.com.
- Download Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams on your phone.
- Install desktop apps from the Office portal.
- Check your Microsoft OneDrive and upload any of your files that may not have transferred from Google Drive.
- Explore Microsoft Teams for your classes, groups, and activities.
