Maintenance Window

Information Technology Services (ITS), in coordination with the university’s service provider, will perform maintenance in the Banner production environment and monthly system maintenance during the July maintenance window.

Maintenance will begin Saturday 7/18/26 at 8:00am through 11:00pm on Sunday 7/19/26.

The following systems may experience intermittent interruptions and downtime during the Maintenance Window:

  • AggieList
  • Banner Production and associated systems will be unavailable starting at 8:00am on Saturday 7/18/26, through 9:00pm on Sunday 7/19/26, including:

         1.  Aggie Access (including Student, Faculty, and Employee Dashboards)
         2.  AggieMart
         3.  Axiom
         4.  Banner Access Management
         5.  Banner Admin Pages
         6.  Banner Document Management (BDM)/AppEnhancer
         7.  Banner Workflow
         8.  Degree Works
         9.  eTranscripts
       10.  Illuminate
       11.  UiPath
       12.  WebFocus 
  • Banner printing and Banner email
  • DataTransfer
  • Institutional Research web server
  • Intranet services (Crag Hall data center - no service interruption is anticipated)
  • MediaSite
  • Network services:
    Internet connectivity will be disrupted on 7/18/26 from 9am – 1pm.
    Intranet connectivity will be disrupted on 7/18/26 from 6pm – 7pm.
  • Payroll server
  • REDCap
  • Student labs
  • Student printing
  • University File Shares

Additional Systems

While maintenance will not be performed on the systems below, work will be performed on the authentication mechanism. Please check that these systems continue to perform as expected after each Maintenance Window. Please notify the IT Service Desk at (336) 334-7195 if you experience any problems.
