Maintenance Window

Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform critical network and system maintenance during the following after‑hours maintenance windows:

Friday, April 17 | 9:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
A critical network upgrade is scheduled. No network service interruptions are anticipated.

Saturday, April 18 – Sunday, April 19 | 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 noon
Additional critical system maintenance will be conducted.

The following systems may experience intermittent interruptions
on Saturday, April 18 through Sunday, April 19 during the maintenance period:

  • Axiom
  • Banner Document Management (BDM)
  • Classroom lab & podium computers
  • MediaSite
  • Payroll server
  • Student labs
  • Student printing
  • UiPath
  • University File Shares

Please test your applications after the ITS Maintenance Window and report any problems to the IT Service Desk at (336) 334-7195.

Additional Systems

While maintenance will not be performed on the systems below, work will be performed on the authentication mechanism. Please check that these systems continue to perform as expected after each Maintenance Window. Please notify the IT Service Desk at (336) 334-7195 if you experience any problems.
