First, register your OneID account using your username@ncat.edu account (where " username" = your Canvas username) at registeroneid.ncat.edu. Remember to include @ncat.edu when you log in.
Select Overview and then Password to reset your password.
Once your account is registered, you can then reset your password at changeoneid.ncat.edu. Remember to include @ncat.edu when you log in.
