The University Writing Center and The Graduate College have partnered to support graduate students through an interactive presentation titled "From Proposal to Final Product: Unpacking the Thesis and Dissertation." The presentation will also benefit undergraduate students who plan to pursue graduate study.

For the past 13 years, the annual celebration of Dr. Martin L. King Jr. has been a collaborative effort among North Carolina A&T State University, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Guilford Technical Community College, Greensboro College and Guilford College. This year’s commemoration will be held on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro at 6:30 p.m. in the UNCG Auditorium (College of Visual & Performing Arts).
The 2026 collective theme is: “Mission Possible II: Building Community, Uniting a Nation the Non-Violent Way.”
The program will feature:
• Official welcome from a UNC-Greensboro representative
• Student-led panel discussion reflecting on Dr. King’s legacy
• Musical selections by N.C. A&T State University’s Fellowship Gospel Choir
• Reception and additional presentations

Using Covidence for Systematic and Scoping Reviews

As a graduate student or faculty researcher, you may want to perform a review for publication. This workshop will help prepare you for review projects. First, we will briefly discuss different review methodologies, including systematic and scoping reviews. Next, we will explore Covidence, a tool that can help simplify the review process. Covidence is a cloud-based tool with the ability to perform title/abstract screening, full-text screening, data abstraction, and quality assessment all in one place.

The Living Archives Project: Your Memories, Our History
F.D. Bluford Library’s Living Archives Project is an initiative to preserve the vibrant experiences and shared memories of N.C. A&T. students. Through the collection of student-contributed photographs, the Library aims to document the spirit, creativity, and everyday life of the Aggie community. This living archive ensures that the stories, traditions, and moments that define each generation are captured and preserved as part of the University’s history.

Coming Fall 2026 – Canvas by Instructure
North Carolina A&T State University will transition to a new learning management system (LMS), Canvas, for the Fall 2026 semester as a replacement for Blackboard. Canvas is widely adopted, integrates with many tools, and supports modern pedagogical features, offering a flexible and user-friendly environment for teaching and learning.
