Blackboard

Blackboard is the official learning management system used by the university to host course shells and organization sites at A&T. All faculty are required to use Blackboard and all online course materials must be housed in the LMS.

Accessing Blackboard

  • Faculty must be assigned at least one course in Banner for access to Blackboard. Faculty should use their OneID username and password to log into the system.
  • Students should use their NCAT email username and the default password to acces Blackboard. A typical default password includes the first 4 characters of the username and the last 4 digits of your Banner ID (e.g. smit4314). Your default password is also used to access campus wireless, campus computers, and other services. If you need assistance resetting your password, contact the help desk at 336-334-7195.
