Important Dates and Deadlines
Prospective Freshmen who are interested in joining the University Honors Program can begin applying on October 1. Applicants must complete the Undergraduate Admissions Application and be admitted to the university prior to applying to the University Honors Program. Priority consideration is given to applicant who apply by May 1. Applications received after May 1 will be considered on a space-available basis. Applicants who meet criteria to apply to the Lewis and Elizabeth Dowdy Scholarship and/or Cheatham White Scholarship are encouraged to apply to these scholarship programs as well. Current and Transfer students interested in joining the University Honors Program must submit an application to the University Honors Program between November 1 - January 1 for admission into the spring semester and between May 1 - July 1 for admission into the fall semester. Applications received after those dates will be considered on a space-available basis.
