Notice of Labor Certification

This page is reserved for the posting of Notices of Filing Labor Certification Applications on behalf of North Carolina A&T State University. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor's Permanent Labor Certification process, the following notice(s) of labor certification filings are presented here in compliance with 20 CFR 656.10(d). Notices will be posted for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.

Notices will only be posted on this site in conjunction with the actual filing of an application. If there is no recent labor certification application activity, this page will not contain any notices.

An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.

This notice is being provided to workers in the place of intended employment by the following means:

Posting a clearly visible and unobstructed notice, for at least ten (10) consecutive business days, in conspicuous location(s) in the workplace, where the employer’s U.S. workers can readily read the posted notice, including but not limited to locations in the immediate vicinity of the wage and hour notices. Publishing the notice in any and all in-house media, whether electronic or printed, in accordance with the normal procedures used for the recruitment of similar positions in the employer’s organization.
