Optimize Your Credit Balance

If there is a credit balance after all tuition, fees, housing, and meal plans have been paid, students can request an Educational Supplies Voucher or Parking Permit. The credit balance on your Aggie OneCard can be used at the Bookstore, ELEMENTS convenience store, parking services, and other campus services. Educational supply vouchers can only be requested online.

Educational Supplies Voucher

• The maximum amount any student can receive for an Educational Supplies Voucher is $800.00.
• Students can request between $5.00 and $800.00, based upon available credit.
• Multiple requests are allowed until the $800.00 limit is reached. 
• The credit will appear on your Aggie OneCard approximately one hour after your request. 
• Requests cannot be canceled or reversed. 
• Any unused balance will roll over to the next semester.

Parking Permit

• Only one permit may be purchased per student. 
• Freshmen cannot purchase permits online.  
• Charges post to your student account immediately. 
• Requests cannot be canceled or reversed.
