Extended Campus

The Extended Campus is the administrative unit for A&T Online, Continuing Education and Summer Sessions. We work with academic departments and N.C. A&T units to support faculty and learners and to design online, lifelong learning and professional development opportunities.

Extended Campus serves all academic units of the University by providing support services to degree seeking as well as non-degree seeking students of all ages. We coordinate distance education program development, course approval, scheduling, registration and administration, as well as assist with online student withdrawals when needed. Our office also helps visiting students from other universities, international students, working professionals and members of the community. We handle camps, conferences and programs, including the Virtual Immersion Pre-College program for new students during Summer II.

The University Distance Education policy sets forth the rules governing distance education at N.C. A&T.
