I’ve locked myself out of my Aggie Access Online Account. How can I reestablish my account?

Contact the Registrar’s Office to re-enable your account.  A representative will give you instructions on how to access your account once this has been done.

My Aggie One Card is not allowing me access to my residence hall or dining facilities.  What should I do?

If you have an outstanding balance, you are not officially enrolled, therefore your Aggie One Card will not allow you to access your residence hall or to your meal plan. Once you have verified that you are officially enrolled, if you are still experiencing difficulties with your Aggie One Card, contact the Aggie One Card Office for assistance.
