How to Access Your Online Course

Access your online course in three easy steps.

  1. Review, pay, and validate your bill. Review your bill for accuracy in Aggie Access Online. Tuition and fees for Distance Learning courses are paid to the Office of the Treasurer via Aggie Access Online or face-to-face. (Note: If your account is not validated, classes will be dropped daily, once late registration begins. Please consult the Academic Calendar for the late registration deadline.)
  2. Establish an NCAT email account. Students must have an active NCAT email account to access online courses. You must activate your NCAT email account by sending a test email message. (Please skip this step, if you already have an NCAT email account.)
  3. Log into courses on the first day of classes and complete all required assignments. (Please consult the Academic Calendar for the start and end dates for classes.) The web address for Blackboard is https://blackboard.ncat.edu. You will use your Active Directory credentials to access Blackboard. (Your AD credentials are typically your NCAT email username and your default password.) If you have trouble accessing your courses on or after the first day of courses, seek help from CTS.
