Christmas Decorations and Greeting Cards

Allowable from Certain Funds

Christmas decorations or other seasonal decorations may not be charged to State funds. Unless a department has Trust funds which may be authorized for such uses, decorations and greeting cards are the responsibility of the individual making or authorizing the purchase. No State funds can be used for mailing of greeting cards.
