Adobe Express now includes Firefly, Adobe’s AI-powered design engine that helps you generate images, text effects, and creative assets with just a few words.

Copilot Chat is an AI-powered assistant that helps you research, summarize, brainstorm, and get quick answers—all in a conversational interface.
It’s available to all faculty, staff, and students through our Microsoft enterprise license.
Access it at copilot.microsoft.com or within Word, Excel, Outlook, and more in the web-based Microsoft 365 apps—just sign in with your university account.
Zoom AI Companion is built into Zoom to help you work smarter with AI-powered features like meeting summaries, action item tracking, and message drafting.
It’s available to all faculty and staff through our enterprise Zoom license.
No setup required—just sign into Zoom and start using it.
Approved AI Tools—Available Only Through Institutional Licences
These subscription-based AI tools are approved for use at NC A&T only when purchased through the University’s institutional contracts. Personal accounts or outside purchases are not approved for University use. Departments may purchase licenses for employees who would benefit from access, with enterprise-level data security and compliance built in. Details on availability, access procedures, and training opportunities will be shared as licensing agreements are finalized.
