Meet the Virtual AI Employee Lounge Members

Dr. Elaine Brooks – Professor

A veteran educator passionate about student-centered learning.

Dr. Brooks is exploring AI tools like Co-Pilot Chat to support writing instruction and curriculum design. She’s piloting AI-generated practice quizzes and using AI to help scaffold research assignments, freeing up time to engage students more deeply during class. She’s finding that AI opens new possibilities for personalized learning, allowing her to tailor assignments, feedback, and resources while keeping lessons engaging and relevant.

Dr. Darius Mitchell – Administrator

Amir provides technical support across multiple high-demand offices, where he’s become the go-to resource for integrating AI into daily workflows. He specializes in helping each office identify AI-driven solutions tailored to their specific use cases — practical ideas that even a budding AI guru can implement. By sharing practical, office-specific AI ideas and quick wins, Amir makes AI impactful, easy to adopt, and turns smarter work into the new normal.
