Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Financial Compliance is to ensure compliance to federal, sponsoring agency, state and university financial regulations, policies and procedures.

Office of Financial Compliance Services

The Office of Financial Compliance Supports the Research Effort by performing the following functions:

  • Effort Reporting Certification to document the salaries and wages charged to sponsored awards.
  • Accounts Receivable Management to record, follow up and report on amounts invoiced to sponsors.
  • Payroll processing for salary documents charging cost to sponsored program funds.
  • Report Development and Technical Support to complete required reports and to implement new software.
  • Documentation of actual cost provided to satisfy award Cost Sharing/Matching requirements.
