LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION (LCA) NOTICES
This page is reserved for notices to potentially affected workers that North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is seeking E-3, H-1B or H-1B1 workers for the following occupations and worksites. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s LCA process, the following notice(s) of LCA filings are presented here in compliance with 20 C.F.R. 655.734. Each LCA is available for inspection at the Division of Human Resources office, 1020 E. Wendover Avenue, Greensboro NC 27405. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/ or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
