  • Employees should make a written request (or via email to hr@ncat.edu) to schedule an appointment to view their personnel file with a present DHR staff member during regular business hours. Upon request, the record of disclosure shall be made available to the employee to whom it pertains. An individual examining a personnel record may copy the information. Each individual requesting access to confidential information will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity.
  • Personnel files of former State employees who have been separated from the University should be retained for ten years following the date of termination. A former employee of the University may have access to their file for up to two years after termination.

  • From the www.ncat.edu website, click Menu
  • Click Aggie Access Online
  • Sign in using your Aggie OneID Login Information
  • Under the Personal Information Tab, click Personal Information
  • Click Update Addresses and Phones
  • Click Current: to update your mailing address
  • Click Primary: to update your primary telephone number
  • To insert a new address, click on the Type of Address to Insert Menu, select either campus or mailing
  • Enter the new address and/or telephone number(s), click Submit
  • Click Update E-mail Addresses
  • Click on the e-mail hyperink to update your business or home e-mail address
  • To insert a new e-mail address, on the Type of E-mail to Insert Menu, select either business or home, click Submit

  • You will receive your official pay stub via University email. The email will have the subject line, “Direct Deposit Notice” and will be sent from depnote@ncat.edu.
  • For your protection, a password is used. The password format is to lowercase the first four letters of your last name with the last four digits of your Banner ID number.
