Personal Information Guide

  1. Log into Aggie Access Employee Dashboard.
  2. Enter your NCAT OneID User Name and Password in the appropriate field of the Secure Access Login box.
  3. Click on the “Sign In” button.
  4. From your Employee Dashboard, click on My Profile.
  5. Under the Profile column, click on More Personal Information.
  6. Under Personal Information, you can add or edit: personal details, email, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, race, veteran classification and disability status. Click on Update or Add for changes to take effect.
  7. Personal Details
  8. Email and Phone Number
  9. Address and Emergency Contact
  10. Additional Details: Ethnicity and Race, Veteran Classification, and Disability Status
  11. To edit or delete an entry:
  • Click on ”Pencil” icon to edit an entry
  • Click on ”Trash” icon to delete an entry
