Personal Information Guide
- Log into Aggie Access Employee Dashboard.
- Enter your NCAT OneID User Name and Password in the appropriate field of the Secure Access Login box.
- Click on the “Sign In” button.
- From your Employee Dashboard, click on My Profile.
- Under the Profile column, click on More Personal Information.
- Under Personal Information, you can add or edit: personal details, email, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, race, veteran classification and disability status. Click on Update or Add for changes to take effect.

- Address and Emergency Contact
- Additional Details: Ethnicity and Race, Veteran Classification, and Disability Status
- To edit or delete an entry:
- Click on ”Pencil” icon to edit an entry
- Click on ”Trash” icon to delete an entry
