Banner Finance Training
All first-time users must complete Banner Finance Training before gaining access. This training is available online and is self-paced to be completed anywhere, anytime.
Registration Steps
- Go to Cornerstone, NC A&T's training management portal
- If prompted, sign in using your OneID credentials
- Click on the "Course Catalog" button
- Enter Banner in the "Learning Search" bar
- Click on "Banner Finance Training"
- Click "Request"
Steps After Training
After completing training, please complete the following forms for access:- Banner Account Request Form
- Banner Finance Fund Access Request form
- Banner Finance Fund Access Request form-Continuing Page (if more than 10 funds requested)
Email the completed forms to financesecuritygroup@ncat.edu.

Banner Finance training is required to obtain access to Banner Finance. The training provides users familiarity with Banner Finance. This will allow users to understand key concepts necessary for access relevant financial data.
Banner Finance training is available on the Professional Development website. See registration steps listed above.
Banner Finance training is self-paced. However, average time of completion is 4 hours.
