Financial Operations provides strategic financial leadership, responsible resource stewardship, and innovative business solutions that support North Carolina A&T State University's mission of teaching, research, public service, and student success.

Led by Lisa McClinton, Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Financial Operations and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, the division oversees the University's financial management, budget planning, business systems, and financial reporting functions to ensure fiscal accountability, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Financial Operations ensures the responsible management of university resources while supporting informed decision-making, compliance, and institutional growth. Through strategic leadership and collaborative partnerships, we help position North Carolina A&T for continued success.
