Office of Budget and Planning
The Office of Budget and Planning provides budgetary services involving state, auxiliary, overhead receipts, athletics and student activities funding. The office establishes sound revenue projections and allotments which permits units to operate efficiently. The office is also responsible for reviewing financial transactions to assure compliance with university policies and procedures and state regulations.

The closeout memo outlines key dates and critical information related to fiscal year-end closing activities. While it is updated annually, it also serves as a valuable reference for routine tasks and important considerations when reviewing financial activity throughout the year.
