Maintenance Window

Information Technology Services (ITS) and the UNC System Office will conduct maintenance Saturday, July 19th from 8:00am - 9:00pm. Banner production and associated systems will be unavailable during this period. 

Routine monthly maintenance will start at 9:00pm on Saturday, July 19th ending at 9:00am Sunday, July 20th. The following systems may experience intermittent interruptions during the Maintenance Window:

  • AggieConnect
  • AggieList
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Banner printing and Banner email
  • Banner Production; the following systems will be unavailable Saturday, 7/19/25 from 8am - 9pm:
         1.   Aggie Access (including Student, Faculty, and Employee Dashboards)
         2.   Banner Admin Pages
         3.   Banner Workflow
         4.   Banner Access Management
         5.   Banner Document Management (BDM)
         6.   Degree Works
         7.   eTranscripts
