Facility Planning

We coordinate and execute the University's Capital Improvement Program in support of the instructional and research mission of the University; as well as provide Facilities support to student services, athletics, and information technology.

The N.C. A&T Master Plan is the roadmap for the development of campus buildings, grounds, and expansion in support of the University's Strategic Plan. While the master plan is the most recent and complete version of the University's facilities planning document, the plan has been refreshed multiple times in recent years to reflect significant changes to portions of the plan.
