Student Affairs Outstanding Employee Recognition Criteria
Purpose
The Outstanding Employee Recognition is granted to any permanent full-time SHRA and EHRA non-faculty employees in the Division of Student Affairs whose performance routinely exemplifies the Division's Values.

The Nomination Process
- Complete the online Nomination Form by COB May 17, 2026.
- Employees may be nominated for one or more of our Division’s Values.
- The Committee Chair will contact each nominee's manager for approval of the nomination.
- Nominations are reviewed and scored by the Outstanding Employee Recognition Committee. All committee decisions are final.
- Nominations will remain confidential throughout the review process until the selections are finalized and approved.
- To be considered for an award, the nominee must exhibit all attributes of the Value(s) for which they are nominated.
- Nomination materials will be retained by the committee.
- Student Affairs Outstanding Employee Recognition Committee members are eligible to be nominated.
